Web-related technologies : HTML, XML and web servers

Database : MS SQL, Oracle, DB2

OS : Windows , Unix/linux/Solaris

• Atleast 3 months exp in technical / product support experience.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills is an absolute must (interaction with US / UK / international customers).

• Should be open to working in shifts (no night / graveyard shifts at present)
